pretty easy, the old bearings can be tapped out from the opposite end pretty easily and you will need some capability to press the new bearings in, I use a standard bench vise.

Just to be very honest about this, some people have had problems with the 6360s. Some magnets coming loose and in some bad cases, the arms supporting the can have cracked if you are using a firewall mount and the bolt on aluminum prop adapter. However, there is an easy fix for that if you are going to use a firewall mount.
