When I worked on Nemisis's4u JagdTiger, I tried using the stock Tamiya elevation motor for the gun, but it did not have the power for that long hunk of metel, so I ended up using a stndard Futaba servo, I just plugged it into the receiver (after locating which port was for the said function). Did the same for his SturmTger. Hope this helps.
