I used the H*E*A*T* instructions. While doing research for the rate reducer I ran across the Cameral Position Controller from Dionysus. With the H*E*A*T* mod you need to use a ratcheted stick, or the gun will always return to the neutral position. I use my ratcheted stick for my throttle, so I had to find another solution. Not only does the CPC reduce the servo speed, but "When the stick or switch is in the center position, the servo does not move. When the stick or switch is moved to one side or another, the servo will slowly move to that position. When the camera is pointed in the correct direction, simply move the stick or switch back to the center to hold the servo at that position." This means any sprung stick will do.
