My Sullivan starter cone seems to be out of round now. When you put it on a spinner it bounces off pretty quick because the cone is out of round. By out of round I mean I measured it at almost a 1/4" in a full circle.

When I took the nut off holding it on I couldn't get it off - Does it screw off or is it pressed on?
