TC3 is a much better car. You can race it , bash it, and more adjustability compared to the RS4. You can put any type ofengine from .12-.18 no matter what engine shaft you choose.
with the correct mounts any motor .12 to .18 fits into the rs4.
i personally have owned 3 rs4 evo 3's and loved them. great for parking lot bashing.
