Default RE: Reactor 60 bipe control horn question

I have been flying one all winter. I love this plane.
I only have the 2 screws going into CA hardened balsa. It has been fine for over 30 flights. Everything is still nice and tight.
I have even put this plane into a dive and do full 3D aileron. The spin is so fast the plane is a blur and then finish with a Blender into flat spin.
I actually expect a servo gear to fail first.

I had an Aeroworks Ultimate Biplane last summer. 18 lbs. Its control horns are only screwed into a thin ply plate with Balsa underneath.
The rudder on that plane was massive. No issues.
