Default RE: When To Wing It

There are things that are important, and things that are not.

Then there are things that are important to SOME people whiel others don't care.

For instance, having good batteries that are fully charged is important. Having a small tear in your covering can be important on some models, but with other models, you can get away with a few flights for that day, but fix it when you get home.

To some people, having a plane that is totally clean, grease-free and shiny is important. I usually give my planes a good cleaning in the spring, then just a quick wipe-down after flying (Can't beat OS 4-strokes for keeping your plane slime-free!).

Let's face it, we're all different. Some people will spend hours getting a tail wheel perfectly aligned. As for me? I'll just hold a little rudder while I taxi out.

Diffrent strokes for different folks!
