louierc,
37A and big heat sink is risky...forget about over 45A stuff.
4S can work well with stock F-27C motor in a Stryker but I would consider 90 to low 90MPH max....600W with 1:1 diameter to pitch ratio prop is absolutely too much.
Aeronaut 6X5 is about MAX...APC E 6X5.5 is too risky.....worked for some, but got some of the stock motors burned.
Throttle control and large wrap around full size heat sinks(see Mopar's pics above) are a must...Gary's motor mount pictures above will surely help your motor run cooler because it'll pull some heat away from your motor.
APC Sport 6X4 , and APC E 5.5X4.5 are fairly safe with some breathing room....while on 4S.
4S-3300 is fairly big...battery will be happy and you will have long flight duration.
Since it'll hold voltage under load really well, you better check AMPs on a Wattmeter and report back....it'll probably pull more AMPs than average folks running 4S on stock motor with a given prop.

Well, looking at the stock motor, you are right that it doesn't have any cooling holes, so it can't do what I want even with a heatsink. I see that the MEGA 16/25/3-5mm is hard to get and a little more that I want to invest at this point. Is there an intermediate motor that I can use at 40-50 amps on 4S? ARC? Grayson? Medusa?
