Buy 4S-5000 and prop accordingly since the 5000 is on the low side of your needed mAH. If battery is for that motor alone, then there is really no need to go above 25C to 30C even if you will put on max props on that motor for occasional flights....for Ultra low AMPs maybe 15C-20C would be plenty.

Soooo no need for 45C packs ....therefore you will save cash.

Consider posting battery size before purchase.
