Yes as long as it has slots so the wheel can be turned 90 degrees to line up with the flywheel. Buy the best box you can afford. My experience with cheaper ones has not been good. The motors on those do not tend to last long and are expensive to replace. BTW a gel cell battery will have alot more power and last longer than a 6cell battery pack.
