I am interested in a good all around truck. I am not planning on any racing just having fun. I would like something I could use bith on amd off road. I am all so looking for reliability and strength as I would not like to replace parts every time I take it out. What would you recommend?
another hobby

honestly though depends on scale and how much you want to spend
if you stay on the lower spectrum of initial investment the lower priced trucks and smaller scale usually need parts more frequently than the 1/8th scale trucks
and truthfully most trucks will break fairly easy out of the box I find

MT2 which I like alot the stock steering knuckles are complete crap and don't last long. You have to get the $12 GPM aluminum ones to fix it.
some people find the arms break easy, I've yet to break one [X(] In all honestly only part I have broke recently on mine was a 9-10yo spur gear (from when it was a MT1) due to my own fault (my motor mesh was way too tight)

Savages (Its a Monster Truck) I beat mine to death(I'm talking 15 foot launches off 10 feet high ramps right into cement) and still have yet to put $1 into replacement parts. Other people snap parts left and right off mild jumps.

Jammin .5 CRT Pro (truggy) I read that they are virtually un-breakable I split both my c-hubs in half and broke a knuckle from mild bashing in 2 weeks (these are a PAIN to find parts for or I would recommend it).

Jammin X1 CR (buggy) most people say its a friggin tank on wheels with a few option parts put on it... Ok I've yet to read anything bad about them I find mines built insanely tough.

I've got a few others I don't feel like listing due to them being electric's that I'm not too fond of

side note the jammin .5 is running on an electric motor just have it listed due to it originally being a nitro I converted
