Then also send a PM to John here ( nitrostaff1 ) explaining the problem in a calmer manner, and remembering as you type that ultimately because the plane has already flown, he is doing YOU a BIG favor if he does anything. Include your order number ( it starts with YSTxxx-xxx ).

See how he responds, and have some patience. He may not be around for many days so he may not see your post for a while.



I find that if you give him some time he'll bend over backwards to help out customers...

However he is subject to what he has on hand, so mention that you are amenable to other "fixes' if this plane cannot be replaced out right.
