hard to say got a MT2 I like it
its a like it or hate it truck as it seems(like most)
Never driven a slayer so no clue on its handling
MT2's decent in the strength department (IMO one of the stronger 1/10th scales I've owned)
only thing that sucks on it are the stock steering knuckles (aluminum ones are sold at thetoyz for $12 which fix the steering knuckle issue)
Also the lack of aftermarket parts (GPM is one of the only companies that makes parts) sucks but the HPI stock ones are pretty simple to find and pretty cheap
It handles offroad pretty decently. I've driven mine on dirt, sand, and 2inch grass and it had no issues with any of those (I was running masher 2k's on mine at the time)
