Yes a new engine can get you scratching your head. your prop needs 215 or small until you get a good run in. I bench start my engine several times Very rich run it about 2 min ,let cool I get oil inside my pipe,drain off after run, lean some every start, you will feel good response with your radio ,run 2-3 tanks lean out every tank by 1/4 turn on your main needle
