I don't own one of the JDE's Turbine but have heard nothing but good stuff from people who do own them. Their Turbine has just been AMA approved as well and I would be very surprised if they would have accomplished that especially if all the serious problems you mention are true. I'm curious - Have you tried to contact them directly to see if things can be resolved without getting a Refund?
