Default JDE's poor workmanship

I have just spent the last nine hours in wrens workshop sorting out the absolute mess that has been made of my MW 54 derivitive made by a well known manufacturer. You have to see to belive what was done to my turbine wheel, they had ground away 4 turbine blades partialy to balance it, so, when at high revs whats left of the blade touched the NGV shroud and sounded awfull.I fitted a new turbine wheel, 2 bearings and a new NGV at cost to myself after ony eight runs. I did this because the company who made this engine have allready tried to correct the problem without success so I wasn`t prepared to pay another £90.00 to get it shiped to the factory again just for it to come back as bad as it went again. While there I decided to purchase a wren kit of Mike, it has taken me 4 hours to build this engine and is now ready to run. As mentioned in another post the tunnel did not fot through the ngv but a min or two with wet&dry and away it went.
I would suggest to any one who is thinking of buying a MW54 clone to get in touch with Mike Murphy and buy the real thing, he is the designer and he has got it right and my experience of this other manufacurer is not good and I will let every one I meet on the jet meets know the this paticular manufactuer is trash and not to buy one.
