Brian, I agree. If one of these is assembled with factory parts and specs it has a high potential for elevator flutter.
In addition, i would suggest that the wing tank mounting be redesigned because the hard points glued in the wing are marginal at best. The rear one is nowhere near any former, and the wing is very soft in that area. In addition, the soft ply mounting tabs on the tank itself are less than adequate for a wing tank this size. My belief is that they will easily pullout of the wing. There has been one incident of this already and I think there will be more if this is not changed. I won't run the wing tanks until I figure out some other mounting method.
At the very least, if tanks are used with the current design I would suggest adding something similar to the scale side braces for the tanks. This will help keep them from moving around in the air at higher speeds...
