Words of advise for the Fuel System....''Big is Better''

Run the largest line you can for all plumbing up to the UAT, also use the same large line for the vents.
You may also need to drill out you clunks to a larger diameter.

I had a fuel system set up in my Rafale with one restriction in the fuel system (Jet Cat Fuel filter) and it would not allow my Turbine to go to full power and the pump pulse width was going through the roof, after replacing the filter with the Hanger 9 unit all was good

I try to run .187'' I.D. tubing for all interconnections
I use the JetCat filter for my P200SX (750 ml/minute), as well on 5 P160SX's, no problems, pump voltages stays at normal.
My vent lines are always 4 mm Festo, also no problem.
Now, the problem for me on the P200SX was the lines from the tanks to the UAT, if I did not use 6 mm Festo, the UAT would collapse, and bubbles would be created in the UAT (cavitation?)
