Yes, I've experienced that over-rotation too. It was on the older kit; scale wing. As it turned out, it was always because I was running out of runway and went full elevator. Due to the inefficient inlets and rubbing tires, it just couldn't get fast enough for a smooth climbout.

The new kit's improved inlet has totally eliminated that problem. You can take the plane off in less than 300', even at 15 pounds, with a very smooth rotation and climb-out.
