I am letting you know that the performance of the supply of goods from your company is absolutely shocking.

From the orders now placed with your company the average waiting time for my six orders to be filled is 6 weeks and I am still waiting for 3 of these orders, two of which are now 8 weeks.

While I understand Chinese New Year, moving factory, Easter Holidays it’s just not good enough for me to run my company taking my clients money and not supplying the goods within any reasonable time.

Look out Christmas is coming.
