Any luck with the water runs? I am in the process of building a hovercraft myself. I think i will tear mine apart and steal aspects of your design as i only have parts from a GuanLi A-10 to use. I will use the hull shape maybe and ill take a closer look at your skirt picture to model mine after it. Thanks for posting all this build it is great help for my rookiness.
