They have one that comes with a controller and one that lets you use your own. We have a new iMac at home and I am thinking about purchasing this simulator myself.
Another option is to use the bootcamp utility to partition your hard drive and install Windows so you can run Realflight. You can boot it up in Windows or OS-X. I personally can't stand the thought of running Windows on anything else at home again though. I have to put up with it enough at work.
