RE: DAMAGE SHIPPING/MISSING PARTS ISSUES____Post here
WOW!!!!! As a first timer to this RC hobby and was even thinking about purchasing some of the products Nitro Planes as to offer and all of the complains about kits missing parts, broken parts, missing instruction manuals, missing canopys, broken fuselage, and the list keeps getting larger I'm now rethinking about this hobby. John, the guy who is getting the job done on helping your customers with such issues - why in hell are so many kits coming out from China have so much defects or missing items once they arrive at the our port? If this is the norm, I would pretty much guess the failure rate something like 20 to 15? For every 20 kits maybe 15 kits have something missing or broken or what....this is not good John.
Something has got to be done here John. This is bad business practices and to add insult to injury - Nitro can't even keep a good supply of the products they sell from their website...what, hello!
John, as a ....maybe future customer.... why can't Nitro add more employees to make the necessary inspections " of ALL " incoming inventory from China before you sell it to the public. What I am saying is that there should a new " Quality Control Dept. " inspection to INSPECT " EVERY " single box of every kit you sell to make damn sure what's suppose to be in those kits are there and unbroken. Every kit would go through a thorough examination to make sure the kits are not found broken or missing parts, once that inspector completes inspection of that particular kit then that inspector would place a tag on the front of the box assuring your customers that kit was thoroughly inspected. I'm sure this would add the cost of doing business and may even raise the price of all the kits you sell on your site but I think for most of the people here on this forum me included wouldn't mind the added cost as so long it benefits us all to reducing what appears to me as a high failure rate. I did talk with you over the phone John about this and you said that these kits were being inspected but I'm now finding that hard to believe after reading all of these complains. Customers posting pictures of their kits they received found broken or missing or something. Come on John, you guys need to something about this. BananaHobby seems to be having the same problem if not worse..!! Something is going on here and this issue needs to be address more seriously there at your business the next time you have a business conference - all together in a conference room and work something out here. John as I am typing this I just might hold off on purchasing anything until I see the reduce failure rate go down - at least by 5%. Please don't reply by saying you are doing something about this because I just don't see it as of yet.
