RE: Futaba 8FGA Question?
We're not sure what you mean by "internal switch setting". When you set up a switch, you can set up how it works. So for triple rates, the unmodified rate would have the switch set to "on-off-off", rate 1 at "off-on-off", and rate 2 at "off-off-on". There are your three rates: normal, unmodified, rate 1 a bit lower, and rate 2 even lower still.
With the high-speed receivers, only channels 1-6 have high rates, so you'll have to have whatever channels you want to have high rates to be one of those channels. Dual elevators are cetainly ones you want there. With the 8FG, please remember that the actual order of the channels in the transmitter is very arbitrary. No one channel is required to be any particular function. We'd go into the Function section of the Linkage Menu and set channels 1 and 2 to Aileron and Aileron2, channels 3 and 4 to Elevator and Elevator2, channel 5 to Rudder, and channel 6 to Throttle. Or if you have four ailerons in a bipe, then channels 1-4 would be Aileron 1-4, channels 5 and 6 elevator and elevator2, and throttle and rudder on other channels. Just set things up as you desire.
To have the digital channels, you need to use the R6014HS receiver. DG1 and DG2 are the 9th and 10th channels of the transmitter.
