Default RE: Is 4000mah enough?

ORIGINAL: Nathan King

I'd wait for the five amp batteries. I know a guy that used 3700 mAh 10 packs in his Integral. All was well until he flew at a competition that was really hot and windy (30+ mph winds). It turned out that day that 3700 wasn't quite enough for his routine. He puffed the pack.
Yes . . if Joe is flying a 2M, but I believe it is a Wind 110. The Integral is 1kg (2.2lbs) heavier and has more drag than the Wind 110 (Wind 110 has MUCH thinner wings). That makes a big difference.

Also . . same friend tested his 10S 3700mAh and 4900mAh Rhinos in his new 2M Wind S Pro / Plettenberg / Schulze ESC in windy conditions flying F3A P11. He was surprised. Commenting that the lighter total weight using 3700's (lighter pack weight) drew less Amps, although the Wind S Pro is less 'draggy' than the Integral . . that's for sure.
