Warbirdmustang, I power mine with two Saito 1.20's, plenty of power with those and usually fly at about 1/2 to 3/4 throttle anyway. Mine weighs about 35 pounds, and I can't imagine flying this bird with the original suggested motor size, even without retracts, etc.[X(] The 1.80's sound a little "overkill", but I guess it's better to have a little reserve power. You're right, they do sound way cool.
