RE: Savage .21 to flux conversion
WELL update FINALLY got the dogbones and the 43tooth spur gear in, and installed them, also put in my 18tooth pinion tried it out.
Old dogbones were twisted almost 45 degrees from center. So it got 4 nice and shiny HD dogbones while I was at it.
Ran great for 15 seconds than the pinion lost all its teeth... The weird thing is the spur has no scratches on it at all.
Wonder why Castle included a pinion with the setup that obviously can't take the force of the motor. The meshing was perfect. Well this will have to wait till I get to my LHS maybe next week (or I order a pinion) and get a HD pinion to go with my setup.
Also I painted the body I'll post a pic when I got time
