Moderated status is when the Forum Moderators have to approve your post before it can be seen by others. This is normally done to the problem children who cannot behave within the Forums. In a couple of instances, this behavior has ended by the Member being banned from RC Universe on a permanent basis. Right now, it is just causing this little glitch.
