Guys any jet arf will have issues. Who did you guys order your L-39 from? I got mine from Mike at Global Jet Club. He does a great job of after market/manufacturer updates. The only issue I had, and I have the new design, was the retracts leaking. Dealing with Mike at GJC got that worked out just fine.
This jet is awsome in the air and on the ground.

I would not hesitate buying another FB L-39 from GJC.
Oh and I do have the cockpit installed and mounted to the canopy for easy removal.
I ordered mine from GJC as well. It looks as if shakes 268 did as well. Since you offered, do you recall what servos you used. Shakes mentioned that the ailerons and flaps can use standard size but he hasn't started his yet so is this info correct? From Dom's info it seems that a thin wing servo is needed for the rudder and if modified, you can use standard for the elevators if you use rods and mount them in the fuse. Thanks.
