RE: AIRPLANE FOR 30 4 STROKE ?
A few weks ago, a RCU member announced that SIG was releasing a scaled down 4*. Couple of us felt that this might make a nice home for our .30 size 4-strokes. ........ I've had a LAZY TIGER, with a Saito .30 in it, since I've first got started in this hobby (4 or 5 years ago). Very robust plane & has taken a lot of abuse. The 4 LB dry weight doesn't allow for a lot of verticle, but it can do fair size (not LARGE) consecutive loops, rolls, & cuban eights (when I don't screw up). Not exciting, but just a good stable "LAZY" flyer. .......... A lot depends on what kind of performance you're looking for. ................... George K.
