I was in the same situation a few years back when I bought a HP VT.25 4 stroke. Couldn't find an airframe for it.
I ended up scratch building a 70s era high wing trainer intended for a .19-25 2 stroke.
The 4 stroke flew it beautifully. It was great for putting round the sky on a Sunday afternoon.
