The trailing edge is formed from 3/8"sq. stock. These need to be beveled top and bottom to conforme to the ribs. Use a long sanding block and put a piece of masking tape on the ribs to protect them from the sand paper.
The ailerons are made from standard 1/4 x 1" aileron stock. After you slot these for hinges, sand a "V" shape to the front edge. This will eliminate that flat bottom look.
