I have gotten my wing tip lights working now. I have included a picture and a video of it. Each light flashes about every other second. If you would like a set of secmatics just let me know. The compleated flasher was made for under $10. It operates with a 9 volt input and operates 1-3 led's on each side. I'm using high intensity square led's from radio shack.
