Stall speed has nothing to do with the prop. The stall speed is a function of lift and your wing configuration. Most planes won't continue to fly with the engine at idle speed and if your plane speed falls below what will sustain lift, so no matter what prop you use, if you pull the throttle back to idle and fall below the speed that your wing flys, well, it will stall.
