Yep, by the time we found the skilled US workers willing to build tha ARF's, paid their wages, overtime, their benefits, workers comp, liability insurance, property taxes on the building, environmental stuff, miscelaneous taxes, dealt with the inevitiable lawsuits and everything else, a .40 size ARF would cost a thousand dollars.
