Iagree, get some sort of little park flyer. A small, electric Cub on floats would be great. Nothing too high performance though. You don't want to get too much negative attention from the neighborhood. A .40 sized airplane could potentially be deadly if it hits somebody. That sort of thing would just mean a lot of bad press for the hobby and could even have an adverse impact on the people flying safely at the local club.
