RE: 1/10th Scale C-130E
yea I might think of electric the motors are cheap enough abt 150 each for ones will lift 20 lb planes easily but the batt packs I looked at for them for good ones were abt 600 each. but right now I am more concerned abt getting everything lofted up. the wheel pants I started on last night and they are a real challenge for me trying to figure out how to get them lofted up.
most of it is never can find real good CLEAN shots at diff angles of them to get the shape proper but I will get there
just got back from event sending my boys guard unit off to egypt for a year so will work a little more on the pant today I got it abt 2/3 way done as I am adding a section and lofting adding section and lofting until I get it all done then will reloft as a single loft

BTW am designing this with solidworks 2010 and might use solid edge for parts of it too
