I paid cornell Michaels 5 months ago to cut a kit for me. he gave me a 4-6 week delivery date, from that point on it's been nothing but excuses. he refuses to refund my $489. As I looked around the web I found i'm not the only one who's been burned. Today i contacted Paypal and filed an IC3 internet fraud complaint.
