I must say the new retracts are excellent they operate on only 60psi and are very positive, slop free and the new oleos are damped. One point though the guide grub screw on the oleos remove it and re-secure with a drop of thread lock. The retract bearers are about 9mm thick with fibre glass board inserted for additional strength. This board is very tough and the screws supplied struggle to cut through it, change them to toughened wood screws. The whole retract assembly has been well thought out keyed in to the front spar, damage this and you should reconsider your landing procedure.
