My concern would be the amp draw: that is a 22A cont. motor, but for brief bursts you might get away with it.

Motor: E-Flite Park 480 Outrunner 1020KV; 1020rpm/V; 1.1A no-load; 0.06 Ohms.
Battery: Thunder Power TP5200 (G4 ProRace 50C) (50C); 3 cells; 5200mAh @ 3.7V; 0.001 Ohms/cell.
Speed Control: Castle Creations Phoenix 60; 0.0012 Ohms; High rate.
Drive System: Direct; 11x6 Aeronaut folder (Pconst=1.06; Tconst=0.995) direct drive.
Airframe: Anything you want.
Motor Amps = 26.7
Motor Volts = 11.0
Input (W) = 293.6
Prop RPM = 8363
Thrust (oz) = 44.5
PSpd (mph) = 47.5
