Something to watch out for is that the 4 5/8" measurement at the root for determining the elevator is wrong. It should be 4 3/8" (The tip measurement of 3.25" is correct). If you use this measurement as a reference line (as I did) without checking it your wing tube will not be at 90deg to the root face and you will need to do some serious work to align the stab halves.
