Slow and Steady

In regard to the alignment of the robart hinges, I took a 1/2 by 1/2 piece of wood that was the same length as the elevator. Using my table saw, I made a groove on opposit sides of the wood, which indexed the leading and trailing edge of the wing and elevator. It also provided aligned of all hinges. I also drilled holes in the groove at the intended spacing of the hinges. This guide gave me perfect alignment of the holes and was much faster then measuring each hole separately.
