We want to give a great big THANK YOU to the Fox Valley RC Club for letting Rusty put on this great Classic Pattern contest. We know that you gave up a nice week end of flying to let us enjoy flying the contest at your field.

What a surprise to set up our canopy Friday afternoon and find out the guy in the canopy next to us was an old friend I had flown with in the 1978 Nationals in Louisiana and had not talked to for 32 years. I sure enjoyed seeing and talking to you David Phillips.

By the way there were 4 sets of Father/Son teams at the contest. What a great contest it was.
