Is this the direction you're trying to remove the track pin? Try pushing by the front sprocket where the tracks are more secure. Your idler wheel looks pretty loose. Can you tighten it up any? I also CA'd the halves together. I don't have the Asiatam adjusters, but maybe they could be threaded and a bolt used to help them be tightened? I'm sure someone here has done something to help these adjusters. I used ball bearings in my idlers and they are very tight, no wobble at all.
