There's a lot of good quality birds out there, be carefull who you by from.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>In my opinion, nitroplanes,xheli, nitrorcx, and partsworkz are not up to our standards.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Again, the product's are good. Many times though, the products are not as described.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>What these guys call RTF is not what beginners want to get into.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Their customer service\tech support, and interpretation of what the products should be capable of doing are far from advertized!!!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Oh yea, they like to hang up, when you can get them, and close live talk sessions if they don't like what they hear.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>These guys don't have a clue what customer service is!!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Be carefull.
