Torque roll shouldn't be an issue with a 28mm outrunner in this (wide beam and short length) boat. And it might not need extra cooling with that motor, as it has a built-in fan. Try short runs at first, and check temps.
you do have a point there... I mistook the size for something a bit bigger... so it would be worth a try. These outrunners have more torque and are more efficient than the inrunners (cooling). I was just referencing the effect of my 42mm turnigy aerodrive outrunner on my airboat, with the high COG and large prop the torque roll is pretty noticible.
