Your Fill Valve shouldnt lose air. However, its normal for the Control Valve to bleed air during cycles. When you pressurize one side of the system the other side has to bleed off for the system to work. My system which is air up/down has a small robart tank and loses about 10psi/cycle (up and down). Or 5psi for up or down. If your using Spring Air type gear you only bleed air when the gear is lowered.
