The transmitter and receiver should be the part where you spend most of your money. That part will stay with you for a lot longer than your helicopter will. You will get tired of the heli, crash the heli beyond repair or simply trade it for something better. But if you spend enough on your radio upfront, it will be like an investment.
What is your total budget? You did not blow your entire budget on the heli itself right? You will also need charger, balancer, batteries, tools, ect. I could not follow your link. Could you please revise it?
