Oh that's weird lol. Well with the stock mount it hangs over the front of the battery hold down, the part that the bar "clipped" into, so it can't be raised at all. When I first ordered the traxxas extended hold down I thought that was what it was going to do but I soon realized that all it is is another set of bars that are a few mm higher lol. I thought it was like the slash hold downs where the front and rear of the hold down was raised like how you did with your emaxx. I guess I'm going to have to brush up on my dremel skill. Should I just use a cutting wheel?
