RE: Twin Otter 125inch wingspan
My 100 inch Otter had a blue styrofoam dock billet carved to shape for the fuse. My then 2 year old daughter and I went to the Coeur d'Alene Airport with a Sureform Rasp, a hunk of styrofoam, lawnchair, and few toys over a few evenings as I carved it to shape sitting next to the full scale ship. I can't tell you the looks I got from commuters and private pilots as they taxied by the guy holding the big blue fish!
